Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and contribute to our hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Qualifications:
- Five (5) years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the hiring process.
