**Hybrid position working at least 3 days a week onsite at Ormond Beach location**

Summary of Position:
Responsible for directly supervising and managing a team of claims examiners assigned to
receive, track, manage, and resolve homeowner and property claims for Security First Managers
(Company). Work involves providing daily oversight of attendance and productivity for assigned
staff. Serves as the primary resource for the team in resolving issues associated with claims
handling. Ensures adherence to workflows and procedures and provides guidance for coverage,
loss assessments, and adjustment expenses.

Position is primarily focused on managing other people. Position requires expertise and
knowledge in specialized functions or business areas that can be used to develop efficient and
innovative ways to accomplish the organization’s business strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Six (6) years property and casualty claims adjusting experience
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Certifications and Licenses:
• May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver’s license
• Current Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster License in good standing or ability to obtain within
30 days of employment
• Insurance industry designations or trade certifications as required
