Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining the HRIS and applicant tracking systems, developing reports, and optimizing system functionality to meet organizational needs. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to align system configurations with business processes, ensure data integrity and security, and lead change management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, training end-users, and partnering with Learning & Development to support LMS content and campaigns.
Essential Job Functions:
- Configure, and maintain the HRIS and applicant tracking system in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs
- Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing Paylocity’s Report Writer and other appropriate reporting tools to develop standard and custom reports for ongoing departmental and stakeholder needs
- Conducts assessments of current Paylocity usage, identifies opportunities to leverage underutilized features, and develops strategies to enhance system functionality to meet organizational needs
- Collaborates with stakeholders to align Paylocity configurations with business processes, ensuring optimal use of automation, reporting, and self-service features
- Ensures accuracy, integrity, security, and end-user access of organizational data within all HR platforms
- Assists subject matter experts with testing of system changes and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities
- Acts as the system administrator for HR systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service to end-users
- Works closely with all key business support teams to understand functional requirements and implement them through successful development, testing, and launch with required documentation
- Partners with Learning and Development (L&D) to develop user guides, supports LMS (Learning Management System) campaigns and content
- Maintains user guides and quick reference materials and provides training to end-users
- Leads change management initiatives related to HRIS enhancements, including developing communication plans, training programs, and strategies to promote user adoption across the organization
- Ability to lead change management efforts, including training and supporting end-users to adopt new HRIS features and processes
Minimum Requirements:
- Two (2) years of HRIS/HR system support experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience configuring, administering, or optimizing Paylocity or similar cloud-based HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of Paylocity’s modules, such as payroll, benefits administration, time & attendance, or talent management
- HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (CP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
